Ben Cleveland is here!
He was born on September 28th, a few days before his due date, sandwiched in between his uncle & Nana’s birthdays.
Needless to say, we were all pretty excited to meet him.
1) My sister is a champ.
2) Four boys is a lot of boys.
3) A family of six equals a whole lotta love!
That’s right, folks – it’s Christmas card season! That means full blown busy time for me – every available weekend.
It was fun to start it off with one of my favorite crews!
This precious family added another boy to the mix! Their maternity photos were great so I couldn’t wait to photograph this newborn baby boy. He was so relaxed and chill the entire session. I knew we were off to a good start as soon as I got there & he was already passed out on the bed. He just went with the flow & gave me some beautiful photos of himself & his family. Love walking in to a home with a new baby. Always such joy.
When we were talking about our session & getting an idea of what Sophia enjoys outside of school, I knew this would be a fun shoot. She loves reading so we brought out the classics. She also wanted to include an homage to “Where the Wild Things Are”. (SWOON!)
Sophia’s mom & I were at TCU together. (*cough* OLD *cough*) Turns out she is friends with my sister-in-law & we met up through her a few years ago. This is how fun life can be. Having our paths cross again & having the opportunity to photograph this beautiful girl – how awesome is that??

Sarah’s mom & I used to work together when I was a Speech Pathologist for Highland Park ISD. I was lucky enough to do her son’s senior portraits a few years ago & this time, it was Sarah’s turn. She is a natural in front of the camera and she was up for anything. This made me a very happy photographer! She is lovely and confident and so easy to photograph. I’m excited to see what the future holds for her. Thank you for letting me capture this amazing time in your life!
